Frequently Asked Questions
4:47 - What areas do you serve?

Virtual PT isn't a replacement for in-person care - it's actually one of the reasons my clients get lasting results. I start every client with a consultation to build a plan specific to them. Hands-on treatment restores mobility and alignment, and the virtual sessions are where I help those improvements actually stick.
-
No special equipment needed. For in-person, I bring everything. For virtual, all you need is comfortable clothes, a small space to move and get on the floor, and a tennis or lacrosse ball.
-
It's just a conversation - no pressure, no treatment. I'll ask what's been going on and what you're hoping to get back to. I'll be honest about whether I think we're the right fit, and if not, I'll point you somewhere that will actually help.
-
No - and that's intentional. Insurance tends to treat one body part at a time and rushes people toward discharge. I treat the body as one connected system, the same way professional athletes are treated, which isn't possible under insurance limitations.
-
I can't promise an exact timeline, but many of my clients notice meaningful improvement within the first 1-2 sessions. My goal isn't just less pain - it's moving better long-term, which takes consistency, not a quick fix.
-
I see clients throughout Chicago and NYC through a concierge hybrid model - in-home, at partner fitness facilities, or virtual. As clients improve, most naturally shift toward more virtual sessions over time - that's by design.
-
Most movement problems build up over years - one session gives temporary relief, not lasting change. My programs give me time to fully assess, restore mobility, rebuild strength, and retrain movement patterns so results actually hold.
-
It's a personalized 6-week starting program built around your specific body and goals - no two look the same. I focus on restoring mobility, building strength and stability, and retraining movement patterns, with a plan designed to last well beyond the 6 weeks.
-
Most clients transition into a membership to maintain their progress - I think about it the same way as regular dental checkups or oil changes for a car. The focus shifts from recovery to long-term performance and injury prevention, so you can keep doing what you love well into your 60s, 70s, and beyond.
-
Every program is fully personalized - a combination of virtual and in-person sessions based on what you need. You also get direct messaging access to me between sessions, access to our BodyWise member platform, discounts with our wellness and recovery partners, and a plan that evolves as you progress.
