Dr Kara Shull PT, DPT, CSCS,
Founder & Director
Dr. Kara Shull is a Doctor of Physical Therapy with a background in sports performance and clinical care.
She began her career working with elite athletes in tennis, football, baseball, and hockey across high-performance training environments. Over time, she recognized that the same level of thoughtful, precise care was rarely available to individuals outside of professional sports — despite having equally demanding lives and goals.
Fit-Habilitation was created to close that gap.
Kara’s work focuses on how the body organizes movement as a whole, with particular attention to posture, stability, and the nervous system’s role in recovery. Her approach emphasizes efficiency, clarity, and long-term resilience — helping clients move better, recover with intention, and stay active over time.
Care is delivered through a hybrid model, combining in-person and virtual sessions to fit real schedules without compromising quality.
