Who We Are

Fit-Habilitation is a concierge hybrid physical therapy and fitness company designed for active adults who want to live pain-free, move confidently, and stay strong—without wasting time in crowded clinics, relying on outdated recovery methods, or having to choose between training and physical therapy.

Founded by Dr. Kara Shull, PT, DPT, CSCS, Fit-Habilitation was built on a belief that rehab should feel more like training, and training should support the nervous system—not fight against it.

At Fit-Habilitation™, we use a proprietary 3-phase method to restore your body’s natural alignment, build a resilient core, and rewire the nervous system for optimal movement — no matter where you’re feeling pain.

While many traditional programs chase symptoms, we focus on where movement and injury problems begin: the spineand the nervous system.

1. Reset & Align

We assess posture and spinal mechanics to understand how your alignment affects the rest of your body. Then we use targeted manual therapy, mobility work, and home-friendly resets to relieve tension and restore balance.

2. Build & Stabilize

Using deep core training and breathwork, we rebuild stability from the inside out — connecting the spine, pelvis, and limbs for efficient, pain-free movement.

3. Retrain & Rewire

Finally, we guide the nervous system to adopt new, sustainable movement patterns through neurodynamic training and movement integration. This phase helps eliminate re-injury cycles and makes progress stick long-term.
